Low Country Boil

Ingredients

1 packet crab-boil seasoning

2 T Old Bay

1 lemon, quartered

6 whole garlic cloves, peeled

2 pounds small red potatoes, cut in half

6 ears of corn, shucked and cut in half

1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 “ slices on the bias

1 pound crab claws or 6 whole blue crabs

1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

Fill a large stockpot half full with water. With the pot over med-high heat, add seasonings, lemon and garlic. Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium, add the potatoes and corn and cook for 10 minutes. Add the sausage and cook for 10 more minutes. Add crab and shrimp and cook until the seafood turns pink about 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve.
