Welcome to our home! We are Mark and Melissa Bryson and we are excited you chose to stay with us! After coming to Sea Pines for Melissa’s entire life for periodic vacations, we decided to invest in the place we love so much and have brought our own children for the last 17 years. It won’t be long before they’ll start bringing their children….gulp!
We purchased this home in the late Summer of 2015 and are about 3/4 way through an extensive renovation. The living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bedroom, all bathrooms, pool and backyard landscaping are all brand new from the foundation up and the studs in and out! This was quite an undertaking but we are very pleased with how it turned out and hope you are too.
The three bedrooms and bathrooms on the north end of the house have all new paint and flooring, no more popcorn ceilings, brand new bathrooms and general freshening up all around. But we are not done yet.
Next steps include the addition of an outside ‘pool porch’ complete with living and dining space, fireplace, and outdoor entertainment and potentially the addition of a 5th bedroom. Additionally, the windows on the north end of the home will be replaced, the roofline adjusted to make an entrance directly to the garage as well as fix some oddities AND a complete exterior makeover will be done. Whew!
