Stay on 278 until you see signs for the Cross Island Expressway (toll road $1.25). Use the Cross Island Expressway to save you some time and avoid traffic.
Stay on 278 until you come to the Greenwood Circle. Take your first right off of the traffic circle towards Sea Pines.
Stop in the Sea Pines Resort Center on your right and follow the signs to pick up your guest pass.
Once you receive your pass, follow the drive to the Greenwood Gate entrance into Sea Pines.
After passing through the gate, remain on Greenwood Drive until it dead-ends into S. Sea Pines Drive. (you will go through another traffic circle, take your second right to remain on Greenwood Drive).
When Greenwood Drive ends, take a Right onto S. Sea Pines Drive.
